When something stops you
| Problem | Next step |
|---|---|
| No invitation or sign-in fails | Ask Ben to check or reset the invitation. |
| Page or button is missing | Read the page's message; tell Ben which action you need. |
| Week says incomplete | Wait for all reads, or use the read-retry button. |
| Job is missing from a week | Check the work date, filters, import and no-date area. |
| Many similar findings | Open a group and check a few examples. Counts are not always separate jobs. |
| Correct does not open a form | Read any disabled reason. Report the page and click if nothing happens. |
| Financial hold | Read the missing requirement. A note alone does not clear it. |
| Stale review or draft | Inputs changed. Review again and prepare or calculate again as prompted. |
| Partial total or no price | Check the codes, rates and billing method. A blank is not zero. |
| Already reserved | Open the existing draft and number. |
| Approved draft will not finalize | Read the current source and funding holds. |
| No answer after a save | Use the offered retry for that same request. Do not start another invoice. |
| Download link expired | Ask for a new link with the page's link action. |
| Delivery recipient is missing | Ask Ben or Bill to check the route. |
| Signed return does not clear a hold | Check its package version and whether the return was accepted. |
Still stuck?
Note the page, action, error and time. Say if you were reading or saving. If it may have saved despite the error, say so. Write a feedback note.
What does “in force” mean?
Older screens use this term for current, approved or date-valid records. Read the nearby field to see which meaning applies. If it is unclear, include that field in your feedback.
