Lump Sum (ML)	Lump-sum billing	The agreement, progress and billing stage.
Major Storm (X)	Storm billing	The case, its weeks and districts, and signed support.

Weekly work can include HS, DT, T, M and RT where set up. A code in a timesheet does not mean that path is ready to use.

A category is the kind of work. A billing method tells you how to price it. A code names a line item. These are different: the category DT does not mean every labor hour is double time.
